CROWN.

The rules of the realm

The royal charter

Clear rules. Public decisions. No divine right to the treasury.

A crown, not ownership

The creator is the initial ruler. Each reign lasts seven days. Rulers customize their robot and choose treasury strategy, but cannot change the coin identity, withdraw funds, or raise spending limits.

A fair election

Nominations open 48 hours before the reign ends. Voting runs during the final 24 hours. Candidates must hold the token when nominations close and publish a short statement and strategy.

Your balance, your voting weight

Voting uses a persisted finalized-slot snapshot, never a current-balance substitute. One wallet has one ballot, weighted by its snapshot balance. You can change your candidate until voting closes without adding weight. Treasury balances and program-controlled accounts are excluded. These are signed-in database ballots, not on-chain voting. If a complete snapshot cannot be verified at the start, the election is blocked rather than silently using later balances.

How the next ruler is chosen

Highest vote weight wins. An incumbent tied for first keeps the throne. Other first-place ties require a 24-hour runoff between the tied candidates using the original snapshot, with ballots reset; no votes means the incumbent remains. Until a blocked election or runoff is resolved, expired rulers cannot issue treasury orders or edit the robot.

Creator fees belong to the treasury

The official Pump SDK sets a separate server-managed treasury address as the coin creator. Its claimable creator fees accrue to the associated protocol vault and must be claimed into that treasury. This is 100% of that creator-fee share, not all trading fees. The confirmed creator address must match before a kingdom is listed. Protocol administrative powers remain outside CROWN’s control.

The treasury has boundaries

A ruler can Save, Buy Back, or Buy Back & Burn only the kingdom’s own token. Each buy is capped at 0.1 SOL; total committed spend is capped at 0.5 SOL per UTC day. A minimum 0.02 SOL reserve is retained, with a maximum 3% slippage. There is no arbitrary transfer or ruler withdrawal endpoint. These limits are enforced by the server, not a deployed CROWN program.

Honest transaction records

Prepared and submitted transactions are not completed actions. Before treasury execution can be enabled, it must persist signatures before broadcasting and reconcile them before retrying. A successful buy with a failed burn must remain a partial result: only the burn may be retried. That executor and automatic fee collection are still pending; mainnet submission is held. Burning is irreversible.

Know the risks

Tokens can lose all their value. Server-managed custody requires trust in the CROWN operator and its key security. Public IPFS uploads cannot be reliably removed from the network. Wallet signing does not eliminate smart-contract, custody, market, or infrastructure risk.
