Mainnet readiness
Before the first kingdom
These read-only checks verify the mainnet connection and Pinata authentication, and validate secret formats without exposing their values. Results refresh at most once per minute. Upload permissions, complete holder scans, and scheduled execution still need verification. No paid mainnet transaction has been submitted during development.
Persistent database — Configured
Neon stores kingdoms, wallet challenges, elections, and transaction attempts. Variable presence alone does not verify database availability.
Solana mainnet RPC — Mainnet verified
The provider returned Solana mainnet’s full genesis hash. This read-only check submits no transaction. Full account scans and transaction-history completeness still need verification.
Public IPFS metadata — Authentication verified
Pinata accepted the token in a read-only authentication check. Public upload permission is not yet verified; no file was uploaded by this check.
Treasury encryption — Invalid format
CROWN_ENCRYPTION_KEY must be a separately generated random 32-byte key: exactly 64 characters using only 0–9 and a–f, with no spaces or prefix. Use a secure generator, not a phrase or repeated characters. Keep a secure backup.
Authenticated scheduled jobs — Format valid · schedule unverified
CRON_SECRET must be a separate random secret of at least 32 characters, different from the encryption key. Its presence does not prove the scheduler is running.
Deployment requirements
Configure the variables through the project’s Vars settings. Schedule an authenticated request to /api/jobs every minute; elections require a verified snapshot within 30 seconds of voting start. Configure an external scheduler if your hosting plan cannot provide minute-level jobs. Verify the RPC provider returns complete account scans without truncation. Test the application with an independent review before committing funds.
Treasury transaction execution and automatic fee collection are not enabled in this release. Mainnet creation is held until those operational safeguards are implemented and verified. Draft preparation, metadata upload, wallet authentication, and governance endpoints remain available.
